Oh snap. Thry already have excellent passrushing talent from the DE/OLB group. Sheard, Nink, Long, Collins, AND Mingo?

Mingo has been awful. I was all aboard the hype train when we signed Robertson because after watching him play I knew he could be awesome here and the Browns were silly for letting him walk. Maybe the Pats see that in Mingo. Maybe he'll revive his career.

It doesn't matter what the previous owner paid for it, a wrecked car is still a wreck. Until they prove they can fix him up, he's just another Albert Haynesworth

I don't know about that comparison. Haynesworth was a very good player prior to going to Washington. Mingo, not so much.

Its true. The Pats stock pile picks, and then they can make trades like this (they also brought in Chad OchoCinco the same summer they brought in Haynesworth). These players aren't Pro Bowlers any longer, but the Pats don't care as all they are checking out is to see if there is anything left in the tank.

The Pats are winning titles for a reason. Everything has a reason with those guys.

No it doesn't. They just stock pile picks, and then just grab as many players as possible, then the vast majority don't work out, are forgotten about, and the one a year that kinda does they get heaped praise on. Look at their drafts, their hit ratio awful. Good strategy though, covers alot of mistakes, as does Brady.

Mingo has talent and BB is known for getting the best out of players. With that surrounding cast, I wouldn't be surprised to see Keke go off !

That's why one of the reasons why they win. They don't settle for mediocrity, they continuously try to improve their roster.

My dog's namesake. I wish him the best, but he hasn't lived up to the hype thus far in his career.

I'm assuming he meant, "No it isn't."
Thats what I am trying to figure out, what don't we agree on? They stock pile picks (we agree on), trade them for players (we agree on that too), the majority don't work out (agree there, hence the 85 comment was brought up).

I don't know what I said that we don't agree on, so thats why I asked, "no it doesn't" what?

Mingo is freakishly athletic but way too small to play lb in the nfl. At 235 lbs the Pats may want to try him at SS.
