MNF: it's Booger one of the best color guys in a very long time (1 Viewer)

Last year I was glad to see the shift occur from Booger on the sidelines to up in the box. I really enjoy his color and style. I feel him and Deuce have similar, matter-of-fact delivery with a ton of knowledge and experience. I feel like MNF finally found a really good color commentator.

Wow, I'm pretty surprised by the comments so far. I've been listening to him break down nuances of the game he's way better than most color guys I've seen.

I'm curious to know why people don't like him.

My husband is used to me saying the following when Booger is giving commentary:

“Shut UP, Booger!”

Booger is garbage. He starts rambling and Tessitore (who is also garbage) doesn’t know how to get him to shut up in time and several plays go without any play-by-play commentary.

For every one good thing Booger says, 10-15 stupid things fall out his mouth.

At least Madden provided some comedic relief with his goofy phrases and frequent use of onomatopoeia on top of his analysis.

That and Summerall/Michaels actually knew how to shut him up. ?

He is beyond terrible .... didn't like his useless analysis on the SEC network and honestly as a color commentator he makes MNF un-freakin-listenable
