1. Justin Jefferson WR LSU - really the only receiver I would be cool with taking at 24 unless Ruggs fell to us. The guy is a beast who is great in the slot, but could also play outside like Thomas. Thomas, Sanders, Jefferson, Tre’Quan, Harris, and Taysom would give us the best group of receivers in all of football

3. Jordyn Brooks LB Texas Tech - a nice consolation prize to take the 2nd best pure MIKE in the draft IMO. He’s undersized, but we’ve seen plenty undersized MIKE’s have successful careers. I just hope he would fall to us in the 3rd since we couldn’t get Murray, Queen, or Baun in the 1st in this mock.

***TRADE***
Saints 4th (130) for Jacksonville’s 4th (140) & 5th (157)

4. Anfernee Jennings LB Bama - we get a SAM LB that could possibly be our future starter there unless Anzalone & then Kiko can’t stay healthy. Bama is known for putting out good, smart LBs.

5. Lavert Hill CB Michigan - we get us a fast corner to compete for a spot. He may be more of a slot corner, but we could see what he has on the outside

5. Josiah Deguara FB/TE Cincinnati - we get another weapon to add to our extremely deep arsenal. I would hope to see him start at FB and be our 3rd TE in one package. Maybe he could be the next Kyle Juszczyk for the 49ers.

6. Anthony Gordon QB Washington St -the next Gardner Minshew? He doesn’t have the greatest arm and played in a pass heavy offense in a conference not known for too many good defenses. If someone else falls here at another position I would jump on it, but if Gordon is here I’ll take a flyer on him

Not my favorite mock by far cause by going receiver first it kind of screws up the rest of it for me when I can get a good one later

I like Anthony Gordon but he has by far the worst footwork I’ve ever seen from the QB position. Sometimes he will literally just stand straight up on the pocket. If SP can fix that he’s got lots of promise.

Jefferson wouldn't play the slot though, he would be the WR2, which he can play but he would not be better than B. Aiyuk at that position. I've seen Minshew play in person and dude is really good 3k yards, 21 and 6, I haven't scouted Gordon but your asking a lot comparing him to Minshew mania.

He will play both just like Thomas & Sanders will too. All 3 of those guys can play either outside or inside and all 3 will play a ton of slot.

Not comparing their ability, I’m comparing that they both went to Wazzu and both will likely go late in back to back drafts.

The only guys I think could be available and worth drafting at 24 are Queen and Diggs.

I know lots of people want a WR and I like Jefferson but I have concerns about him not being a good outside WR and playing the slot is where Thomas is at his best. We need a legit outside or boundary WR to compliment our inside game.

If Queen and Diggs are gone, I'd prefer to trade back if we can.

Overall this draft is going to be weird. Without all the in-person interviews and pro days, teams boards are going to vary from team to team more than in prior years. So, we could see the draft going a lot different than journalist and mocks are showing.

From First-Pick(including a couple of trade downs to add picks):
Your score is: 34118 (GRADE: B-)
(I like this more than First-Pick)
Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 28 (BALT): Patrick Queen, ILB, LSU (B+)
Round 2 Pick 28 (BALT): Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB, LSU (B+)
Round 3 Pick 24: Amik Robertson, CB, Louisiana Tech (A+)
Round 4 Pick 24: Jalen Hurts, QB, Oklahoma (A+)
Round 5 Pick 26 (N.E.): Quez Watkins, WR, So. Miss (A+)
Round 6 Pick 24: Davion Taylor, OLB, Colorado (A)
Round 6 Pick 33 (N.E.): Stephen Sullivan, TE, LSU (A+)

Jefferson is gonna be really tempting if he somehow falls down to 24...
I still lean towards getting a OT, EDGE or CB and picking a WR in the 3rd, 4th or 5th.
Really starting to like LB Logan Wilson from Wyoming, he would be great in the 3rd too.

I just finished a draft on https://www.profootballnetwork.com/mockdraft/ and was real happy with the results. I don't see Aiyuk falling as much as he did on this one but I would love it!
I made two trades: 24th pick for 32 & 96 from KC. 88th & 96th picks for 65 from CIN.

This is the only mock draft that matters.. If we get this draft along with signing Everson Griffen. Game Over....your looking the 2021 NFL Super Bowl Champions. I'm talking top 10 in Offense and Defense, the Brees/Brady matchup would be a joke as we would not lose a game in the division and the Failclowns traditional close games would be a distant memory as we would blow them out twice. This is not hyperbole but FACTS,
