Scientists may have found auditory markers that accurately predict if someone has a concussion and if their symptoms are abating.

Most of it is WAY over my head, but here's the link:

Personally, I see this as another in a series of small problems that the NFL is going to continue to have for the rest of it's life cycle as a business. The current "standard for diagnosis remains clinical determination by a physician who must weigh a constellation of symptoms across multiple organ systems" allows the NFL/team physicians to send Cam Newton and the like back into the game after one play when their team in behind also allows them to hold out Keenan Lewis from coming back in while his team is ahead.

I don't know that that kind of manipulation will be available with an accurate test, what say you?
