I expected more from Callaway and Trautman but Peat continues to be a drive killer. Kamara looked disinterested in playing at one point.

I think its unfair to over value Callaway. At the very best he's a number 3 WR.
Baun - These are really his first live game snaps. He was really a pass rush stand up DE? Taking a pass rusher and turning him into a coverage LB doesn't happen overnight.
Trautman - Small school product - Bit of a project to see if he can hang with NFL talent which he's struggling with.

IDK maybe a bit early to say this player or that player is underwhelming.

Totally agree on Callaway, and it shouldn’t happen at all, pertaining to Baun.

AK. He made a lot of business decisions today AKA lack-luster runs/plays. The going out short of the line to gain on 3rd and 1 was weak sauce and not something your #1 RB and face of the franchise should do. He half-assed that run. I will give him credit for taking out Burns and the DB in pass protection. But, the rest of the game looked like 2 years ago when he was "injured" and off-limits to call out on his play.
