If he tested positive last Thursday, technically he could test negative through Sunday morning making him eligible to suit up.

But that's doubtful at this point, plus he isn't going to practice at all this week.

Sanders won’t play if he doesn’t practice. Has to be away from the team for minimum 10 days. Which means he won’t be practicing. There’s pretty much zero chance he is playing Sunday regardless if he test negative Sunday morning. Well, I guess technically he could play, but don’t hold your breath on it
