Doug Atkins would be on my list at DE. In the immortal words of John Facenda. The Saints took Atkins in the expansion draft
hoping to squeeze one more good season out of his tired legs. Instead of one good season .they got 3 great ones. Dick Butkus
and Johnny Unitas both said Atkins was the only player that intimidated them, He was a bad bad boy

I would add Pierre Thomas in the RB group, he was special and was the starter for the Super Bowl winning team... and while the Dome Patrol was the best LB group in the history of the NFL IMO... I think Vilma and maybe Davis deserve consideration too

In the last 3-4 games, Demario is playing some of his best football as a Saint ( Maybe in his career!).

It’s kinda ironic. When he first came here, Davis made the D better. But now, the overall play of the D is making HIM better!
