I'm debating what tag to use on Bushrod, Transition=4th Franchise= !&3. I know tags take cap space even without a contract. I'm assuming he is back, most of my day 3 picks are considered reaches by CBS sports.

Let's put those numbers into context for a second... We are currently around about $15m over next years extimated salary cap. The figures you listed are a ONE YEAR guaranteed salary for a player (Bushrod) who, as yet, is not counted towards next years salary cap! So in other words, franchising Bushrod would move us around about $25million over next years cap before cuts are made. Who here thinks Loomis, wizard that he is, will be able to trim $25m from our current wage bill???

Not to mention that Bushrod was graded as the least effective member of our OL by both Football Outsiders and Pro Football Focus in their end of year grades. Not only can't we afford to tag him, it would be bad business even if we could!

Bottom line: I highly doubt we'll see Bushrod playing for us next season and we will need to find a new LT with very little money to use in FA!

Judging by recent history, we don't pick OL early, that makes Lane Johnson unlikely. I'm not convinced Brown can stay healthy. Maybe we go OT in the 3rd, not sure who would be there.

I don't know why everyone is assuming Joeckel and Fisher will be gone. The Eagles and Cards could well go after Long, Clady and/or Albert in FA. If they did there is every chance one of the those guys could fall to us.
