I did my mock with whom I want, in order, in each round. I tried to do BPA and need in each round. I put an asterisk by players I don’t know much about, but www.nfldraftscout.com has them ranked in that round. Marcus Griffin was my only real reach and I didn’t draft anyone from a D2 school either. I don’t think it would be to upsetting going for a DT in the first 2 rounds.
Round 1
DT Sedrick Ellis USC- although it may require a trade up
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=15666
*CB Dominique Rogers-Cromartie
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=72974
These are the two I really want. DRC mostly for his hype and measurables. I think that if he is there, Jerry Jones will call offering #22, Spears, and Carpenter. Not sure if we would do that unless we were targeting a LB in the 1st.
Round 2
DT Trevor Laws-ND
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=15894
DT Pat Sims-Auburn
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=17035
TE Fred Davis-USC

*CB Reggie Smith-OU

I wouldn’t be against going DT in the first 2 rounds. I just think the pick will be Davis if we go DT in the 1st.
Round 3
OLB Shawn Crable Michigan
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=10055
*RB Matt Forte- Tulane- he may go before our pick.

Charles Godfrey-CB-Iowa

Justin King-CB-PSU

*FS Marcus Griffin-Texas projected to go around the 4th or 5th
http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=8762
I think Tracy Porter and Thomas Terrell go before our 3rd pick.
Round 4
Jonathon Vilma
Round 5
I could see us going offense, probably line, if we went D in the first 4 rounds.
DT Nick Hayden- Wisconsin

DT Frank Okam Texas
