What happened? Meaning, when it died what happened, so people can look out for it.

When mine died the sob wouldn't load anything. The system would turn on but it wouldn't load any discs of any sort! Had it for about 10 days. Amazon shipped me a new one and I shipped the piece of work back to them. Had it in one day cause I'm a prime member.
