This reminds me of when our HS principal and some others were observing our varsity basketball practice, and I missed a wide open layup on a fast break drill, and yelled out an S bomb at the top of my lungs. Coach told me to just start running and he'd tell me when to stop.

This is failed, high school football coach garbage. Running won't stop the mental mistakes. It might even cause a few because players are thinking about that embarrassment rather than what they're doing.
