Dude - don't hate on "Cincinnati chili". The fast food version is gross, but if you make it yourself with quality ingredients and cheddar instead of American, it's damn good.

BTW There is also non-sweet dark chocolate and a little cinnamon in the recipe.

Sorry man, I've had 5 different versions, the original, @ the Queen City Club, 2 home cooks & a mid line rest.
Every single 1 sucked!
Want REAL CHILE? Come visit me in NM, I'll make you 10 different versions, NONE w/beans, brown beef or spaghetti.
That famous unsweetened choc is a poor version of the original liquid choc from S America.
I've never had a good meal in CIN.
