A 2013 second-round bust, Banks played college ball across from Darius Slay at Mississippi State. While Slay has developed into one of the NFL's best and highest-paid corners, Banks showed a distinct lack of athleticism early in his pro career and couldn't get on the field under new DC Mike Smith. Banks' draft pedigree might warrant a waiver claim from a cornerback-desperate team, but he's an extreme long shot to pan out at this point.
