This is one ugly game. The Cards never recovered from the whoopin they got last year in the playoffs.

The Palmer injury certainly didn't help, but I'm most shocked by the decline in their defense.

They remind me of our Superbowl defense right now. Getting the sacks and turnovers but giving up a lot of yardage and points.

Well, Mike Thomas is watching the game tonight. They just mentioned his quote that mentioned Larry Fitz.

Really thought Gabbert played well against a very good defense, He needs some talent around him, too many dropped passes.

Fitz is playing like the Fitz of old. He is using his body, and playing like a true #1 wr.

I'm no 49ers fan, but the fans were chanting for Gonzo to replace Gabbert. Far be it for me to tell a group of fans (whose team I don't care about) what they need. If they want Gonzo it was for a good reason.

Their insanely expensive new stadium never filled up for primetime tonight. And there isn't even midday heat to complain about. Of course, it might be that way for us too if the Saints moved from the Dome to an open stadium in Boutte.

Bet Gabbert is frustrating for coaches. Over flowing with natural talent. Size..ball velocity, athletism, throwing motion. It just never gonna click for him it seams for production to match the talent
