Well technically they franchised him, but it does make the number one pick very interesting now. Trading for Alex Smith, and locking up Bowe and franchising Albert pretty much gives them a lot of flexibility. I can see them trading down a spot or two if the Geno Smith craze is real and taking someone like Chance Warmack and picking up a pick in the process.
