It was the best thing they could have done. I read on Twitter that Adam Gase (Dolphins) was to be the HC choice 2 years ago but Baalke over ruled it.
Then he went out and hired that foolish clown Chip Kelly.
Baalke will be lucky to get a job as an admin assistant for an NFL club.
