Super, Dungy has not missed the playoffs in the 6 seasons he has been in Indiana. He turned a good QB in Peyton Manning into a TD machine and the Colts offense into the Greatest show on Turf part II. In fact I don't think dungy has missed the playoffs in the past 10 seasons as a HC. Thats something of a rarity if I may say so. By the time his career is over, he will be in Canton. it may be premature but I think Dungy made the best career move of his life in leaving Tampa, that team was at its peak and another guy got the credit for what he helped build.

Dungy is not Mora in any way what so ever, in my view at least

I'd like to think you're making a joke or something. As far as the Colts Defense goes, I do believe they were the 3rd best this year.

So what? We have no Super Bowls period. Far be it for me to say that a team shouldn't keep their Super Bowl winning coach that consistently has them in the playoffs.

Tony Dungy > Brian Billick. Not even close.
