More from Rotoworld... The Falcons' starting center since 2000, McClure walks away with 195 career starts under his belt. McClure was still playing at a high level as recently as 2011, but fell back in 2012. He's probably getting out at the right time.

Saw him this weekend in Denham coaching baseball.
 
Went to Tanglewood Elementry in 3rd and 4th grade with him. Now I can hate him less......
 
Peter Konz appears the likely candidate to replace McClure. Konz moved to right guard last season after being drafted as a center out of Wisconsin, but moving back to his original position may be a more plausible scenario. Pro Football Focus rated Konz as the worst played on the Falcons offense in 2012. It was his first season. There are growing pains. Sure. Switching back to center still makes sense.
