N/S Fisher and Rams headed for Extension (1 Viewer)

In 20 season as a HC he has gone .500 or worse 14 times. He has not won a playoff game in 12 years. He has only made the playoffs twice in 12 years.
Since he last won a playoff game, he has had 2 winning seasons in those 12 years. He is only 9 losses from becoming the HC with the most losses in NFL history. How exactly is he a good coach?
This is getting Good!

This is unbelievable. I feel bad for those fans.

That's some 7 and 9 BS right there.:hihi:

At the rate he's going, Sean Payton going to be the next Jeff Fisher.

Hate that guy. He's on the competition committee and supposedly this paragon of virtue, yet if you watch his teams they are the dirtiest of dirty. Cheap shot artists.

He hired Gregg Williams.

He did that thing where he made all the draft picks from that one trade captains when they played whichever team it was they fleeced. Only a vengeful, spiteful prick would do that. How does this guy have a good guy reputation?

And the mustache. Anyone who chooses to wear such a mustache non ironically clearly has mental problems.

I don't get the love for this guy.

I know it's the vague thing to bash Sean Payton, but stop it with this nonsense.

I'm actually a huge Payton supporter but I see a trend. Fisher survives purely on reputation right? If we finish with another losing record will it not be fair to say SP is also a great coach based purely on past accomplishments? Another 7-9 season and it may not sound like nonsense.

What reputation Fisher got? A losing one? He's barely over .500 in his career. At least Sean can look at his SB ring, 60% win and stats for validation. Comparing Payton to Fisher is silly.
