Being head coach of a team your in charge of everything. Offense and defense. Ravens defense has been awesome for years. Even after Ray Lewis retired and ed reed. Their defense is still good till this day. In fact it’s the hardest defense we played thus season I believe. Not saying hire him but he’s a great asset in coaching. I’m sure he’s still with ravens next year
