Yes. It's time. Dallas can make sure the winner of the NFC East is the #3 seed. That team would play the #6 seed (probably Green Bay or Chicago) at home in the Wildcard round.
This all could change by the end of the season, but, let's say the Saints grab the #5 seed, and either Green Bay or Chicago (the NFC North winner) gets the #2 seed. The second place NFC North team (again either GB or Chicago) would likely get the #6 seed. So the #6 seed plays at the #3 seed (GB at NY Giants or Phila, or Chicago at NY Giants or Phila). Lets also say Atlanta secures the #1 seed. Hopefully, the #3 seed will defeat the #6 seed, and the Saints, as #5 seed, will beat the #4 seed (NFC West winner). In that case, the Saints would play at the #1 seed (Atlanta) in the divisional round. The danger is, if the #6 seed were to beat the #3 seed (quite possible) the Saints would play at either GB or Chicago in the divisional round. I don't even want to think about that.
