This is just a football question really. But a guy rippinging the ball out of someone hands who just caught it should it be an int or fumble bc I see it as a fumble more than an int and yet it's considered and int

Depends on if he had possession. If yes, it’s a fumble. If not, INT.
 
Depends on whether the receiver demonstrated possession of the ball.
 
If your talking about the LSU INT on Koy Moore, that was an INT since Moore didn’t quite have possession of the ball it was picked.
