PORTAGE, Wis. (AP) -- Upset that his 7-year-old son wouldn't wear a Green Bay Packers jersey during the team's playoff victory Saturday, a man restrained the boy for an hour with tape and taped the jersey onto him.

Mathew Kowald was cited for disorderly conduct in connection with the incident with his son at their home in Pardeeville, Lt. Wayne Smith of the Columbia County Sheriff's Department said. Pardeeville is about 30 miles north of Madison.

This is a good woman and she did the right thing. Good to see that dirty little Packer fan get what he deserves.

Seems ridiculous to me. Looks like he was playing with his kid and the kid got upset.
 
Atleast he was spending time with his son.
 
Thats just awful. Some childless parents would give their right leg to have someone to tape up on the weekends. I bet there's a few orphans around that wouldn't mind a little duckt tape attention now and then. ...........did I say that out loud?

THIS HAPPEND IN THE TOWN IM WORKING IN........OOPS CAPS. Yeah the guy was saying it was a joke and it was taken the wrong way. he got a 180 dollar fine.
 
Wow they overreacted. BUT, how would you feel if your kid wore a Falclown jersey? (I know that isn't the same becasue 1) the kid just didnt wear his teams colors and 2) Atlanta is just horrible on so many levels, but just a hypothetical question)
