N/S Patriots Close To Signing Josh Gordon (1 Viewer)

Why do teams do business with the Patriots... Nothing ever seems to hurt them and stay being in the Superbowl

We trade Cooks for a 1st round pick and they somehow flip him into a higher 1st round pick.. Garbage.

Browns werent going to trade him to the AFC but supposedly the Pats have the best offer on the table. They also know they need a guy if they want to beat the jags on the road come playoff time

They could realistically have Josh Gordon, Julian Edelman, and Rob Gronkowski as their primary targets within a couple of weeks.

You always hope that a player with his talent can succeed... But, it's just a train wreck in slow motion especially if he has any success initially.

This might be the most predictable thing I have read on this forum today. Of course they will get him, and he will be an All-Pro there, clean as a whistle sharp as a razor. uh-huh

But didn't it come out that he has relapsed or is just a bad attitude?

If he relapsed, you don't just get a change of scenery midrelapse and all is gravy. Not with as bad as that guy seems to have it.

The browns told him that he was on a short leash with the new regime after stepping away from the team last month, practice Friday and then came back Saturday having injured his hammy at a promotional event. Some felt like he was acting odd and they basically had enough

He was late for a meeting Saturday.
