I gotta toot my own horn here:

Here's a name that might go undrafted: Quincy Enunwa, WR from Nebraska.

Guy is 6'2" 220lbs and is all muscle. Rumored to have sub 4.4 speed and can play very physical. To be honest he more resembles a running back than a WR. Probably the best downfield blocker out of any wideout in the draft.
