I saw the play live when he got hit... instead of sliding feet-first to protect himself he decided to dive head-1st... Patrick Willis blasted him in the back as he was going down, and he couldn't even stand up afterwards... had he "hook-slid" he'd still be playing.

Seahawks seaosn is done even if he's not gone for the year... by the time he gets back they'll be out of the race.
