You man have noticed I got the quote backwards in the title... Viks radio caller Allen's famous quote from the NFCCG last year when Farve throws the last int...(This is not Detroit man, this is the SB)... how poetic that his streak of games will end in Detroit... :scratch:
Paul Allen needs to say that at some point during his radio call. That would be hilarious.
Don't worry I'm sure the people of Detroit will not let them forget

Loud & Proud Detroit ! Give em hell !
If you have to explain the joke, it's not that funny.

Incidentally, if you took the time to explain the joke, you ruined it, and therefore, it's not that funny.
His last pass it STILL an interception.

N/S: Favre's streak ends

Inactive tonight.

And if that was his last pass, it was ?? {wait for it ...... wait for it......}
I must admit, when I first heard that he was inactive, I was a bit sad. No matter what we think of him now, that is still an amazing streak. Even though his motivation for coming back has been questionable, you can't deny that the man has been a tough warrior on the field. It would have been such an amazing feat if he had reached 300. But I'm also glad that they're not going for a "cheap" streak by starting him just to maintain it. It gives a bit of dignity back to his inevitable retirement, IMO.

Well done, Brett. Congratulations on an impressive accomplishment.
