I just heard on ESPN that Colts HC Tony Dungy may retire after this season and that he has been contemplating it for 2 years now. How true is this report people? Dungy is one hell of a coach and it would be a shame to see him leave a good spot he has now in Indianapolis. He was already a good HC in Tampa but he just took it to the next level in Indiana. A lot of their success came with Peyton Manning finding the right guy to harness his abilities and make his Colts a SB team year in and year out.

I truly believe that if Dungy stays coaching with the Colts, by the end of his career he could be a 200 game winning HC, he is already half way their anyway and actually stay at his job for 5-10 more years.

But this is just my opinion on the matter. I really hope he stays, we need good men like him in this world at this time. His players love him and really believe in his messages.
