A guy I know works for one of those major concessions companies that run the operations at Stadiums. He was helping set up the new Vikings Stadium. Looked pretty nice.

I visited US Bank Stadium earlier this month for a Chelsea vs AC Milan soccer match. The venue is nice but they're working out kinks such as transportation and crowd management. I look forward to the Saints returning to the Twin Cities in a couple of years.
