well hope i can help. i basically asked her if a peer review is done, is that the end all be all, or does an insured have further recourse?

So this is the email i just received....

"Sorry but I cannot get anyone to give me a straight answer. I am just getting the run around."

Sorry i couldnt be of more help but it seems as though they are vague for a reason.

I would suggest at this point to have an attorney review the policy and move forward. Sometimes it requires a bit of a nudge. ( sad but true with certain markets )
