Need help with Utorrent. (1 Viewer)

I'm getting a message saying that I need to open a port so I can seed again. Just switched from Cox to Uverse so I'm guessing that's the cause. I click on the icon in the bottom left corner and get this message. It takes me to a help page but I don't understand any of what it's telling me.

Do you have access to your router? You probably have to forward an incoming port (and maybe a range) to your computer.

How do i do that? If you can point to a tutorial site for dummies like me I'd appreciate it.

It will be different for every router, but this is a really good site: https://portforward.com/

Typically the range you will want to forward is 6881- 6969 to the local IP address of your computer running the torrent.
