It isn't just the dimensions, but the bytes. If either them are too large, it wonlt accept it

UPDATE: It is TOO large,.... The KB is too large, I reduced it for ya!

I resized it even smaller than the allowed 500x 300 but it keeps staying at 70 plus kb.
