I used one. I had really bad snot. I poured almost the whole pot thing of water up one nostril and nothing was coming out... Then whoosh, a big ball of snot and shirt came out along with the water and brain eating amoeba.

I would really support any Neti that used this kind of testimonial as their advertising plan. I would watch that on a 2am infomercial. And why stop there. I want a colon cleanser with a size queen spokeswoman.
