I would suggest AJFA was the last decent Metallica record. Since then it's been Bob Rock over-produced "art". Sobriety may have done them good in their personal lives, but the singing voice of James Hetfield was better as a drunken 20 something than what he's doing now.Eh...don't get me wrong. Kill em all through Black were great years for Metallica. But that's where it stops for me.
Now?Lars Ulrich is utter crap now.

Maybe he should try to be a judge on The Voice.
Of course, this was recorded yesterday and it rocks.

Looking back on it now, he was the first metal drummer I heard, so it left a lasting impression on me. Now that I somewhat know what I'm talking about, it's maddening listening to anything he plays. Now?
Especially live. Pure garbage.Looking back on it now, he was the first metal drummer I heard, so it left a lasting impression on me. Now that I somewhat know what I'm talking about, it's maddening listening to anything he plays.
