When the NFL unveiled its 2010 schedule, New Orleans Saints Coach Sean Payton fretted about having two outdoor games in December in cold environments.
The first comes Sunday in Cincinnati, and forecasts indicate Payton's foreboding may have merit. Weather predictions have the weekend temperature at around 37 degrees, roughly 11 degrees cooler than usual this time of year, and with a strong chance of snow flurries Saturday and a lesser chance Sunday.
Bengals Coach Marvin Lewis joked he wouldn't object to a blizzard this weekend, no doubt thinking that might even the odds a bit between Cincinnati (2-9) and New Orleans (8-3).
