The New Orleans Saints will have a different look Thursday night.

The game against the Carolina Panthers will be the first for the Saints in their never-before-used "color rush" uniforms.

The all-white uniforms with black-bordered gold numbering and alternating black and gold stripes on the sleeves are expected to be used only once this season.

The Saints offered a small glimpse of the uniforms in a photo posted to Twitter.

Saints receiver Brandin Cooks, who modeled the uniforms during a midsummer photo shoot, said the alternative look should be a permanent part of the Saints' uniform rotation.

"I just loved the all-white," Cooks said in September. "And the little gold features that's in them. The gold pops out."
