Quarterback Drew Brees set the NFL record for career touchdown passes with 547 and single-game completion percentage (29 of 30 for 96.7 percent).
Brees came up nine passes short of setting the record for career pass attempts, Brett Favre (10,169) will hold onto that mark for one more season. Brees also threw for more than 25 touchdown passes for the 14th season, tied for second in NFL history. ...
