Rookie wide receiver Chris Olave could further supercharge the New Orleans Saints' offense in 2022, especially since the former Ohio State star and first-round pick is generally considered quite polished for an NFL newbie. At the start of training camp, Olave is already making an impression. Saints starting quarterback Jameis Winston last week compared Olave to Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Chris Godwin, a former All-Pro and Pro Bowl wideout.
"He's just smooth," Winston said of Olave. "And I classified it as he's already a pro. I don't want to do comparisons, but I had Chris Godwin in Tampa. And Chris Godwin, you could just see in his eyes that he came in, he already was a pro. And I see that in Chris (Olave) — the moment isn't too big for him. He's just an excellent player. He works his tail off. He's smooth and he can run, and we always like that." ...
