The New Orleans Saints have to trim their roster to 75 players by Tuesday at 3 p.m., which means several players will soon hear bad news.
As of Monday morning, the Saints had 89 players on the roster because they haven't added anyone since releasing cornerback Keenan Lewis on Aug. 19. The team has to make 14 transactions before the NFL's deadline, including cuts and potential injury-related moves.
It's unclear when the Saints will make an official announcement about their roster changes, but keep checking this post for all the latest updates as players learn about their status.
