I am working in West Mobile this coming week and looking for a local hangout to watch the Seattle game. Are there any good local hangouts that you have found?

Sorry this is too late to help but for any future readers, the downtown entertainment district has several great spots to watch football. They have an area that they have tried to pattern after the French Quarter with bars, restaurants, retail shops all within walking distance of each other. It is real close to the location that the cruise ships depart from. We were coming home from Destin last year and we knew we would not make it home in time for kickoff so we stopped there and watched the game while eating lunch. We split it up and watched the first half at one sports bar and walked around during halftime checking things out. When we walked past one bar that was sort of the long narrow shotgun style you see so much of in the FQ and they had a big ole blonde lab sitting on a barstool appearing to watch the game, we knew that we had found the spot to watch the second half. They even had free chili for their customers.
