If we only have UDFAs and lower tier guys opt out I’ll be pleasantly surprised and then go back to worrying about how a season will take place period.

Seeing Star Lauteli opt out I would imagine most of these guys opting out are guys in the high risk category, or live with someone in the high risk category.

Yeah he’s not on a team. Not sure why he’s opting out. I guess I am opting out, too.

I guess it means he doesn't sign with any of the teams that have offered him. I don't think he gets a stipend since he isn't under contract for this season. He probably doesn't need 150k though.

Yes, that’s what I meant but I’m not sure how it affects the situation if he’s a free agent, I just know that he’s a saint and that’s what’s important to me

I saw somewhere that because of them dropping out it has raised the Patriots cap number to over 20 million.
