Probably try to make incentives in 2020. In 2020 all contract must have incentive count against the cap. So, they probably had to appropriately rewrite the correct figures and remove incentives for year 2020.I see earlier in the thread it was “language on an incentive”.
Obviously there were side bets on the contract amount in the league office and they had to step in and do something to cover the spread.
