My question is:
Will the NFL put the kibosh on trying to place an NFL franchise in foreign countries now with the possibility of global pandemics in the future?!

There has always been the possibility of global pandemics - that never stopped them before. I think they're going to handle it season-by-season right now, but I think they're expecting return to full stadiums within a couple of years. Long-term business plans have longer horizons than that, so I expect they still desire to have a full-time presence internationally.

Yes The Shield will stand tall and not expand futures games and team placement into foreign countries because they are concerned about the health and safety of it's players, coaches and employees.
