Nothing wrong with those numbers at all especially to go along with the write-up on his playing style. He also has that 4.45 40 in the rain so this guy is strong, explosive, quick and relatively fast.
I keep saying that he Benjimen Victor and Aaron Parker were the most impressive wrs at the Shrine Game with Kinsey being the best slot guy.

I think that he is going to surprise a lot of folks and add value on Special teams.

What the hell did I just watch? He's like a nimble Mack truck with Ferrari speed. I'm no sure if his pancake blocks, flat out speed bursts or vacuum hands were the best highlights. This dude is a fan favorite waiting to happen.
 
Tee Higgins did not participate in the combine, then went out and did this at Clemson's pro day. There's already questions about his performance against good competition so this could lead to another WR moving up and him moving down.
