Networks won't show another game at the same time as a city has a home game. The Texans must have a noon home game, so the local FOX affiliate can't show a noon game and must pick from the 3 pm games. Same reason that, despite being a CBS doubleheader week, N.O. is gray at noon. CBS can't show a game in N.O. at the same time the Saints have a home game.
