This is just an effort by the NFL to continue to monopolize the American sports calendar. Goodell and company want the NFL to be a year round phenomena. There is no offseason!

I doubt this happens. Like free agency, the NFLPA will say that this keeps college players from finding jobs quicker and puts them in a limbo of sorts
