We really struck gold with him
Simply OUTSTANDING find/post by the OP. :9:

The following excerpt from the article pretty much says it all:

As the old saying goes, if you want to be the best, you’ve got to beat the best — and if we go by this standard, Ramczyk is quickly making his case as one of the NFL’s best right tackles. Among the casualties of Ramczyk’s stout pass blocking is:

1) Danielle Hunter, who has registered zero pressures on 48 snaps against Ramczyk;

2) Gerald McCoy, who has registered zero pressures on 37 snaps;

3) Aaron Donald, who has registered zero pressures on 22 snaps;

4) Trey Flowers, who has registered zero pressures on 24 snaps;

5) Fletcher Cox, who has registered zero pressures on nine snaps;

6) Myles Garrett, who has managed zero pressures on seven snaps and

7) Brandon Graham, who’s managed just one pressure on 13 snaps.
Excellent analysis of Ramczyk (by Zach Strief) in this video:

This isn’t as sexy as a WR or RB vid, but it’s a great look at life in the trenches.

Ramczyk has been flat-out ballin'.

That's awesome! Hopefully we've hit on another solid Olineman with our Rookie Center too.

If Armstead can stay healthy, we're solid up front.
Giving Drew Brees time in the pocket, or opening holes for our RB's?

There is no secondary that can stop our air attack if Brees has time to throw. The problem is further compounded when our running game is chugging along.

Can you say: Wearing-down-the-opponent's-defense?

I think he was well worth trading Cooks for, and certainly a better option than Malcolm Butler.
I couldn't agree more. I was going bat shy crazy when the hype at the time was us accepting Butler in the deal. Thank you smart folks in the FO.

Like many, I didn’t know much about Ram when we drafted him. But after looking up on him, a couple of days later, I’ll never forget what I posted:

“ Oh yeah, we got a STEAL!”

SAW MY GUY, RAMCZYK GET DRAFTED THAT YEAR.

I remember how happy i was to have a top tackled prospect fall to the bottom of the first. It wasn't an exciting pick, but it was a solid pick (imo, at the time). Boy, did i underestimate the word "solid". Ram is exceeding expectations, and in 2 years, solidified his value in the top Tackles in the game.

Heres my picture of me and him that im thinking of framing :LOL:. Would it be weird if i ever met him and ask him to autograph it for me? lol

Crazy story of how my friends and I manifested all of this, too. 👀
