He may be done. He's 31 and went through some injuries the last few years. The worst of which had him miss 9 games in 2018. With only 11 games in 2019, he was a disappointment for the Seahawks when he did play.

There is a reason he wasn't signed till now and only by a team with a decimated d-line after 2 games. Maybe he'll have a comeback, but I don't think the Saints missed out or anything.
