I honestly thought a suspension was a possibility for that hit… and a fine was a fore gone conclusion…

But nothing? Just further proof that the NFL and Goodell are a joke!

If that hit would’ve happened in a NHL game… the team on the receiving-end of the dirty hit would’ve dropped their gloves (collectively) on the next face off, and retribution would’ve been had.

This is so ridiculous. The league is too worried about incredibly dumb taunting fouls that dangerous stuff like that somehow goes (mostly) unpunished.

Is anyone really surprised? If it had happened to another team or if it had been a Saints player that committed the foul they'd have been ejected right then and there. As soon as there was no ejection I was certain there'd be no fine either.
