Yes, he's good--but I don't think he has played all year.

They're plenty good at DT without him.

Not sure but seems some are pointing out that a big part of the reason they are 4-5 is due to his absence. This article doesnt say so explicitly but bemoans the loss heavily..

They have Fletcher Cox who is one of the best in the league and Ngata who has been okay. Jernigan was better than Ngata last year. Mainly kills the strong rotation they had. Was their deadline to bring him back from IR.

Well the offense is struggling to finish off drives this year, but yeah defensively they have missed him big time.
